Course description

We help you to put this course in context

This course helps future leaders to understand networked teams, realize the differences between directive and supportive leadership styles, explore effective ways to support experimentation and innovation within an organisation, analyse methods how to lead with decentralized authority, and understand the basic principles of mission command philosophy.

Our goal is to find role models, leaders who have both the mindset and the toolkit to lead in a disruptive unpredictable environment and play the so-called infinite game. The practical application of these findings will be put into practice during several study trips in the Carpathian basin, Europe and overseas as well, when we will visit progressive organisations and learn from unconventional leaders throughout the world.

Note: Only enrolled students can start the course, so if you registered, wait for your enrollment. You'll receive an email once we enroll you.
