This course is unique in several ways. We will spend a considerable amount of time to think about motivation, how do we motivate other people, so that they bring their best selves to the team?
To achieve this, you're going to watch videos, have live workshop sessions with your teaching team, have seminars with world renown experts, and play a leadership skills game as well to complement your learning experience. This course uses the FLIGBY serious game to gain a thorough self-awareness as a leader based on the framework created by Professor Csíkszentmihályi.
Your knowledge will be put into practice through several individual and group assignments and you will learn on multiple workshops, how to focus on individuals, give feedback, and provide focus for a group of people. A seminar will also teach You the famous Hunting Territory method, which enabled elite athletes to win on Olympics, and business leaders to create thriving teams as well.
